RETURNS T&C'S

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products, including press-on nails that have been applied or altered.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN'S CHARGES

We appreciate your understanding that, unless the return stems from an oversight on our part, we would kindly request customers manage the costs associated with return shipping.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your new Lugh handmade press-on nails.

Our customer service team would be happy to support. Kindly contact us before proceeding with a return, as this will enable our team to expedite the process and offer guidance regarding the subsequent actions and the expected timelines for either a refund or a replacement item. Our utmost priority is your satisfaction, and we appreciate your consideration.

OLD SPITALFIELDS MARKET RETURNS

You may return items purchased in our London Old Spitalfields Market pop-up store back to store within 7 days with your proof of store purchase(E-receipt or transfer record).

Once the pop-up store has closed, please contact us to process an online return.
